In accordance with Government Decree No 472/2017 (XII. 28.) on Contracts Relating to Travel Services, in Particular on Contracts Relating to Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements, the combination of travel services offered to you shall be considered as a package travel.
Accordingly, you may exercise the rights applicable for package travels. The performance of the package travel in accordance with the agreement shall be the sole responsibility of Vintage Motorcycle Company Bt. (seat: Budai út 266., Székesfehérvár 8000, Hungary; VAT number: 25859492-1-07), hereinafter referred to as “VMC”.
VMC is acting as a travel organizer.
VMC also has the protection prescribed by statutory provisions for the event of becoming insolvent in order to be able to return the amount paid by you.

According to Government Decree No 472/2017 (XII. 28.) on Contracts Relating to Travel Services, in Particular on Contracts Relating to Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements, the most important rights are the followings:
− The travelers shall be provided with all essential information on the package travel before establishing the agreement on the package travel.
− In each case, at least one contractor shall be designated as being responsible for the proper performance of all travel service prescribed by the agreement in each case.
− The travelers shall be provided with an emergency phone number or the contact details of a contact person which or who may be used for contacting the travel organizer or travel agent.
− The travelers may transfer the package travel to another traveler, provided that a notification was made in advance within a reasonable period and in exchange for the payment of any additional cost.
− The fee of the package travel may be increased only in case of the increase of certain costs (e.g. fuel prices) and only if expressly allowed by the agreement, and in each case, any increase shall be performed at least 20 days before the start of the package travel. If the fee is increased by more than eight percent of the price of the package travel, the traveler may terminate the agreement. If the travel organizer reserves the right for increasing the fee, the traveler may request a reduction if the related costs are decreasing.
− The travelers may terminate the agreement without being obliged to pay any retention money if any substantial element of the package travel (except for the price) has changed significantly, and in this case, any already paid amount shall be fully returned. If the contractor who is responsible for the package travel cancels the package travel before the start of the travel, the travelers may request the return of the already paid amounts, and a compensation for damages if applicable.
− In case of any extraordinary circumstance, such as any severe security problem arising at the target destination which likely has an effect on the package travel, the travelers may terminate the agreement before starting the package travel without being obliged to pay a retention money.
− The travelers may also terminate the agreement at any time before starting the package travel, in exchange for the payment of a proper and reasonable retention money.
− If it is revealed only after starting the package travel that any of its substantial elements cannot be performed in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, the traveler shall be offered with proper substitute services without charging any additional cost. The traveler may terminate the agreement without being obliged to pay any retention money if the performance of the services is not in compliance with the agreement, and such non-compliance has a substantial effect on the performance of the package travel, and if the travel organizer fails to remedy the problem.
− The travelers may request a reduction of the fee or a compensation for damages if the travel services were not performed or were not performed in accordance with the agreement.
− The travel organizer shall provide help if the traveler is in difficulty.
− In case of the insolvency of the travel organizer, the already paid amounts shall be returned.
− Európai Utazási Biztosító Zrt. (seat: Váci út 36-38., Budapest 1132, Hungary; VAT number: 12185960-4-44; company registration number: 01-10-043228), as the insurance organization ensuring the protection of the travel organizer against any insolvency, shall ensure the protection against insolvency.
